Flexible care for adult NDIS participants
While no two conditions or situations are identical, the NDIS requirements for assistance you need are unique to you. Whether your NDIS plan is self-managed or plan-managed, we can assist you with assessment and recommendations to fulfill allied health reports. With an NDIS professional, we’ll complete a service agreement to outline our planned intervention with the flexibility to change throughout your treatment and as you live your life.
We build our service around your personal goals and can connect you with a single therapist, an interdisciplinary team, or with your existing supporters to collaborate on your progress. With ONE Rehabilitation Service, we aim to simplify the care you receive so you can focus on the road ahead and find the life you deserve.
Disability Services for brain injury and other neurological conditions
As an interdisciplinary team, we integrate the various therapies you need into a coordinated plan that collaborates on your progress and finds the best path forward to achieve your goals. We can provide you with assessment, recommendations, therapy and training for your care team, all related to your brain injury or neurological condition, assistive technology requests, and basic home modifications, and will provide a summary report for your NDIS plan review if requested.
