Rehabilitation Services for brain injury and other neurological conditions

We offer support in assessment, recommendations, therapy, and training for your care team, all related to your brain injury or neurological condition, including equipment prescription, home modifications, and educational guidance for you and your loved ones.

Whether you prefer a single therapist or an interdisciplinary team, we will collaborate to help you reach your goals. We are also happy to work alongside your current therapists and support workers, ensuring a collaborative effort to give you the best opportunity to reach your goals.
