Equip your home with support and comfort
Learning to live with, or working through a neurological condition to access the independence you need can be a frustrating experience. and that’s where useful tools to support your at-home life will be vitally important, particularly for NDIS-specific home modification levels. We help you find the right selection of installations to cater to your needs, and make sure they fit into your long-term plans.
Neurological conditions often have very specific requirements for support – often including very new technology and training. Our Occupational Therapists are dedicated to only neurologically related conditions so they can confidently recommend the latest in evidence-based methods and technology.
Home Modifications for brain injury and other neurological conditions
As an element of your evidence-based, customised rehabilitation pathway, we’ll assess your needs and prescribe home modifications that will provide you with the support you need to live a safer, more efficient, more independent life. After giving our recommendations for your home modifications, qualified professionals will work on your upgrades before our clinicians return to test for quality, adjust to fit your needs, and teach you and the people you rely on for support how to effectively use them. From simple mobility and stability installations like ramps and rails, to new technology designed to support your condition and other installations in your home, the Occupational Therapists at ONE Rehabilitation Service are here for you.
